Ladies and Gentlemen

I present to you THE SOCK.

It is deeply flawed and slightly too big and I could not be prouder. There were the days when I held my children for the first time, there was the day when I opened the box and saw my book,(The Mermaid's Purse) with my name on it and everything, and then there is The Sock.

How convenient that you currently only have one foot! For anyone else, there would be the agony of waiting to WEAR The Sock until a mate could be created, but not for you! It's perfect! And surely, by the time you get that case off, you'll have created another one...

The more you make the better you will get. Have been making socks for 30+ years and still do stuff that I shouldn't every once in awhile, like put waste yarn in for afterthought heel so it would be at a wrong angle for toe. Must have been during 4th overtime of last nights hockey game.
